SES-App is an online service that enables users to register tourist guest information in compliance with Spanish regulations (Sistema de Entrega de Suministro de Información de Hospedajes - SES).

3. User Account

• To access the platform, you must create an account with valid information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

• SES-App operates on a subscription model, with prices listed on the official website.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are not guaranteed for unused periods.

5. Legal Use

You agree to use the service only for legal purposes and in compliance with applicable data protection and guest registration laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and design elements of SES-App are the intellectual property of ConnectMe C.B. and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

ConnectMe C.B. shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the misuse of the platform, system errors, or data inaccuracies submitted by users.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Alicante, Spain.
